Clear Talk acquires Buchanan Communications

Dan Vandiver, President/CEO of Illinois Cooperative Association Inc., doing business as Clear Talk, and Nancy Buchanan of Buchanan Communications announced the sale of Buchanan Communications to Illinois Cooperative Association Inc. Illinois Cooperative Association is a not-for-profit cooperative with three members: Corn Belt Energy Corporation, Bloomington; EnerStar Electric Cooperative, Paris; and Shelby Electric Cooperative, Shelbyville. Clear Talk was formed on March 1, 1997 and provides 800 MHz wide area trunked communication service across most of central Illinois. For more information click here.
